I was in the mood for some good fish after work but didn’t want to go to the trouble of cooking up anything too elaborate. I was also in the mood for a burger so my mind processed for a minute and settled on the natural combination - a big tuna steak burger. I spiced it up with some wasabi and ginger flavored mayo and served it alongside a spicy tomato salad which kept with the Asian-inspired theme of the burger itself.
